Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery periods depend on stock availability, OEM/distributor availability, configuration, import/manufacturing lead time, destination and project requirements.
Unless specifically contractually committed, general website delivery estimates should not be treated as guaranteed delivery dates.
Inspection
Customers should inspect delivered goods and report visible damage, shortages or discrepancies within the period specified in the applicable contract or delivery documentation.
Installation & Commissioning
Where installation or commissioning is included, product delivery and project completion may represent separate milestones.
Site readiness, electrical/network infrastructure, access permissions and other dependencies may affect implementation schedules.
Government Orders
Government, GeM, PSU and tender deliveries are governed by the applicable PO/contract/tender delivery conditions.
