Uploaded Files
Tender Intelligence may accept files such as PDF, DOCX, XLS/XLSX, CSV and TXT according to supported formats and limits.
Uploaded files may contain commercially sensitive information. Access should therefore be restricted to authorized users and permitted Anuratech personnel where operational support requires it.
Processing
Uploaded information may be processed to perform document extraction, analysis, product matching, compliance workflows and related requested services.
Organization Isolation
Tender workspaces and associated information should be associated with the customer's organization.
A user from one customer organization should not have access to another customer's private tender data.
Retention
Tender files and generated analysis may be retained while the customer's workspace/account remains active or for another period established by Anuratech's production retention settings and contractual requirements.
Before production launch, Anuratech should establish specific retention periods rather than promising indefinite storage.
Deletion
Where supported and subject to legal/contractual retention obligations, authorized users may request deletion of eligible uploaded information.
Backups
Deleted information may remain temporarily within secured backups until normal backup-retention cycles expire.
Prohibited Uploads
Users must not intentionally upload malware, malicious code, unlawfully obtained confidential material or content they are not authorized to process.
Sensitive Information
Users should avoid uploading unnecessary passwords, private encryption keys, payment-card information, personal identity documents or unrelated sensitive information.
